A Little About Me
Almost 30 years ago my step dad told me to get my license. He said it would give me choices. He became my mentor and then my business partner, and he worked alongside me until he retired in 2006. I have been selling Austin real estate ever since, and I still love it!
Most of my work is new construction. I represent 13 Austin home builders and I have completed more than 500 new home sales, so reading a builder's contract and pricing design-center upgrades against resale is the part of this I know best.
The transactions repeat. The clients never do. What I want is for you to feel looked after the whole way through, and to end up somewhere you are genuinely happy.
I get to do this alongside agents at Compass who are family to me. If one of them knows your neighborhood or your builder better than I do, I will bring them in.
